Stacy Swenton is a local small business owner, and one of our very own Crooked Creek residents. She offers personal training, as well as, holds small group fitness classes for women in her home gym in Crooked Creek. She also offers a unique, very personal and interactive Online Fitness and Nutrition Program (StrongHER Squad) on Facebook that provides effective workouts and helpful nutrition advice and support for women of all fitness levels.
