2026 Registration
CROOKED CREEK RESIDENTS and RETURNING CROCS: Registration will open on March 1st. Please review practice, meet and volunteer policies when deciding whether to join us again. Registration for returning swimmers, whose families completed 2025 season's minimum volunteer hours, will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Returning swimmers must register by March 31st, 2026, so that we will have an accurate headcount. Failure to register by this date may mean forfeiting your spot on the team.
New to the team registration will be March 15 - 31.
REGISTRATION PRIORITY: Due to capacity restraints and safety reasons, we will cap the number of swimmers per age group at 40 total boys & girls combined. Additionally registration priority levels are as follows and based on available spots in each age group:
- Returning swimmers
- New Crooked Creek resident swimmers
- New Siblings of returning swimmers
- New non-Residents of Crooked Creek
New non-resident swimmers will only be considered March 15 - 31 if capacity allows. After April 15, ASA late fees will apply.
Swimmers must be 5 years old as of May 31 in order to join the team. Contact [email protected] for questions.
2026 REGISTRATION FEES:

Jr Crocs (Non-competing; lessons only; ages 3-4) $150 per swimmer for May 26 - June 23 Lessons (MTWH) 10:00-10:30 - time is subject to change - Plus $28.00 ASA Fee (ASA Fee increases to $48 on April 16, 2026). **Goal for JR Crocs is to get them comfortable with the water, being able to float on their back, put their face in the water, grab objects from the steps, jumping off the side of the pool independently...etc. |

Refund Disclosures: Atlanta Swim Associate (ASA) has indicated that they will only refund association fees until May 12th. ASA refunds will not be permitted after May 12th. The Crooked Creek Swim Club (CCSC) can offer the following refund schedule to accommodate changing summer plans and new swim team members still determining if the sport is right for them. Refunds are offered on a per swimmer basis and non-resident fees are refundable if the entire family is unregistered.
- On or before May 12th, 2026 - 75% refund of swim team fees.
- May 13 - 29th, 2026 - 50% refund of swim team fees
- May 20th, 2026 and later - No refund of any fees.
Refund Exclusions: Unless expressly represented as refundable, the following items are outside CCSC control and non-refundable: Credit card processing fees, apparel and merchandise purchases, swimsuits, championship fees, late registration fees.
All payments will automatically be charged a 3% credit card processing fee.
* Swimmers in the 15-18 Age Group are only charged $45 for CCSC League Fees but are still required to pay the ASA fee, Swimtopia fee and the Non-resident fee, if applicable.
