Information for Meet #4/ LAST CALL FOR ASA MEET SIGNUP

Thursday - AWAY MEET - White Columns – 300 Clubhouse Dr, Milton, GA 30004 – arrive by 4:15pm. Warmups are 4:45pm to 5:15pm. Timers and Place Judges meeting at 5:15pm. Meet starts at 5:30pm. There will be concessions available – pizza, hot dogs, burgers, candy…etc.

Volunteer Positions – A HUGE thank you to the faithful parents who have gone above and beyond this season with helping cover empty shifts at every meet. Everyone is pulling their weight this season! Thank you! I have some major spots that need to be filled for tomorrow: 6U girls Events Manager (2 people) – we have enough 6U girls for an A and a B relay, so we really need 2 parents from that age group to help the girls especially with the first relay. I also need a 7/8 girls events manager for the first half of the meet – 2 is ideal. Deck Manager – I don’t have a Deck Manager for first or second half of the meet. If you can fill those positions, please let me know ASAP - Amy (678)313-1090. Megan Melchiors is out for these last two meets, so any additional help is greatly appreciated.
