When: Thursday, May 30, 2024 – Arrive between 4:00-4:30pm. Warmups for the visiting team are 4:50 – 5:10.

Upon Arrival: Swimmers check in with their coaches. Parents check in with Megan Melchiors for volunteer positions/supplies.

5:15 - Timers and Place Judges will have a meeting with the official - typically in their clubhouse or close to the starting side of the pool - this will be communicated once we know

5:15 - Volunteer positions should be getting into place. For 6U and 7/8 Events Managers, you need to be assembling your relays at this time. They should be lined up behind the blocks by 5:25pm and ready to go.

If this is your first summer swim season, a 15 minute video will be sent on Wednesday to walk you through what to expect, including the volunteer positions and swimmer events.
