Hi Parents,

As I was kindly reminded by Coach Grace this morning.....your very own parent coordinator forgot to sign her son up for the first meet on June 1....I thought I would go ahead and send a reminder to please DECLARE your swimmers for the June 1 meet using the following directions:

1) Login to Swimtopia - www.ccsccrocs.swimtopia.com

2) Click on Summer Calendar

3) Scroll down to June 1 meet at Crooked Creek

4) Click on Meet Entries

5) Select - Attending or Not Attending (even if not attending, the coaches need to know to plan accordingly).

6) You can select up to 2 individual events and also let the coaches know about if your swimmer can be in both, one or none of the relays - relays are at the beginning and end of the meets.

7) Click SAVE

8) If you know your summer schedule, you can go ahead and declare your swimmers' status NOW for the entire summer. It took me less than 3 minutes to register for all 5 meets for my son. Also, if plans change, you can always change the status by using the same process outlined above. Swim meet dates are June 1, June 8, June 15, June 22 and June 27.

PLEASE - if you have not declared your intent to swim at this meet, do so NOW before the long weekend. The coaches will be working on the lineup on Sunday, so it is imperative that all swimmers indicate if they are swimming in the meet or not.
