Good Afternoon Families,

We are quickly approaching the shift from afternoon to morning practices and the start of our summer swim meets! Here is some updated information/reminders for the next week:

Practices 

• Last afternoon practice is Wednesday, May 25, 2022
• Thursday, May 26, 2022 - NO PRACTICE
• Friday, May 27, 2022 - Morning practices begin
• Monday, May 30, 2022 - NO PRACTICE
• Tuesday, May 31, 2022 - Morning practices resume

June 2 meet - signup is OPEN - for every swim meet we need for you to declare whether or not your swimmer will be participating in the swim meet. Sign up will close on Sunday, May 29 at 6pm. If something changes after May 29, please contact the coaches so that they can make changes accordingly ([email protected])

• To sign up for a swim meet - go to www.ccsccrocs.swimtopia.com - click on Calendar of Events tab and then scroll down to the June 2 Meet - click on the green Meet Entry button and follow the prompts - similar to how you sign up for volunteer positions.

Volunteer Positions - we have had some families drop out of swimming who were signed up to volunteer at the first few meets. If you did not get a chance to sign up and wanted to, please go back into the system and sign up.

Pictures - Team pictures will be on June 10 at 9:30am. More information will be available in an email closer to June 10. No practices on Picture Day.

Spirit Wear Order - All spirit wear has arrived and will be distributed today at practice. We are going to do a smaller spirit wear order starting today and ending on Sunday (5/22) by 8pm. See attached sheet for directions. We will offer the team shirt, blue sweatshirt hoodie and racerback tank. You can order by replying to this email or by filling out the attached form and giving it to Ally Fitzgerald today at practice.

• All swimmers, including late registrations will be getting a team shirt today.

Refunds: If for some reason your child or family needs to withdraw from swim team, 5/20/22 is the last date that you can do so and receive a refund.
