Meet 4 vs Pennbrooke at Crooked Creek - 6/17/21 (TOMORROW!)

• Swimmers will get race numbers at practice tomorrow morning
• Parking is limited. Please walk or carpool if you are able to allow parking for our guests from Inverness.
• All swimmers must arrive by 4:00pm and check in at swimmer check in table (with Coaches) immediately upon arrival
• All volunteers (1st & 2nd half) please check in at volunteer check in table (with Amy Beard) upon arrival and no later than 5pm. All questions regarding job duties and all supplies needed for your position will be provided at check in.
• Crooked Creek warm up is at 4:30-4:55pm.
• Meet starts at 5:30pm and is expected to last approximately 3 hours.
• No spectator chairs allowed on the pool deck. Around the pool is standing room only. Please see attached map for where you can set up your chairs. We will have bullpens similar to last week however if you prefer to keep your child with you that is fine. If parents keep your swimmers with you, please bring them to the age group tent and hand them to the parent in charge of your child's age group 4 events before their race.
• Concessions (pizza, CFA, snacks and CANDY!). Cash or venmo available.
• In the event of thunder, swimmers and parents should seek shelter in their cars if they are able. Entry in to the Clubhouse is allowed only in the event we need to clear the pool deck. No eating or chair set up is allowed inside the clubhouse.

9-10s - 9:00-9:45am

7-8s - 9:45-10:30am (7/8 parents please note this change in your practice time)

6U - 10:30-11:00am

11 & over - 11:00-11:45am

Look for a special visit from Mr Snowy between 10:30-11:30am. Bring a few dollars to get a special treat!
