We know many of you are wondering about tonight's meet given the current weather forecast. The answer right now is we don't know. As you can imagine, it is extremely difficult to reschedule one of these meets and as the host team it is even more difficult as we have invested in concessions, coordinated more volunteers and arranged with our HOA. We will not cancel the meet tonight unless it is not safe to swim. We will swim in light rain. Please be prepared to send your swimmer and volunteer if you are signed up. We will send updates via the team Remind later this afternoon once we know more. If you haven't joined remind yet now is the time to do so (text @crocs2021 to 81010). Let's hope we get this meet in tonight!!

In the mean time it's time to sign up for our final meets, final clinics and to RSVP for our team banquet. Please carefully read all the information and deadlines below. Also, if you haven't been able to fulfill your volunteer requirements for the season yet, please sign up to do so in meets 4 and 5. We have lots of open spots and need everyone to do their part in order to make these meets successful for our kiddos! 

Meet 4 vs Pennebrook at Crooked Creek - 6/17/21

ASA Championship Meet at Georgia Tech - session day and time TBA

• Meet sign up is open (Link HERE)
• Deadline to declare intent - Saturday 6/12 at NOON
• Only those swimmers wishing to attend need to declare as attending.  Please include a note to the coach on your entry if you are interested in participating in COAST (City of Alpharetta State Team). The ASA meet is the qualifier for COAST. See attached for more information.
• Session date will be either Friday June 25 or Sat June 26. We will know from ASA on Monday June 14 (after entries have been submitted)
• Parents are responsible for transportation to/from Georgia Tech. Coaches are not allowed to drive any swimmers. 
• No spectators are allowed at Georgia Tech so you will be dropping your swimmer at a meeting point outside of the aquatic center and the coaches will be supervising them during the meet. 
• A meet entry fee of $40/swimmer is required. The team will pay for $20 and you are responsible for the remaining $20. This must be received via check payable to CCSC by the entry deadline Saturday. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please bring your check to practice, tonight's meet, picture day or drop off at 3193 Chippingwood Ct prior to Saturday at NOON in order for your registration in the meet to be finalized. This entry fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Finally, don't forget about Team picture day TOMORROW 6/11 9:30-11:30! Photo Ventures will be here to take individual and team photos. Please complete the attached form before your arrival at the pool. Team photo is at 10am SHARP (swimmers should be at the pool by 9:50 in their team suits ready to be lined up). Opportunities for individual photos will be before and after team photo. Kona Ice will be coming too so be sure to send the swimmers with a little cash. Cups range in price from $3-6/each.
