Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed the waffles prepared by our awesome coaches at Fun Friday this morning! 

Next Friday is team picture day! 

We will do individual photos between 9:30-10am and 10:15-11:00am. Our team photo will be taken between 10-10:15am so we need all swimmers to be at the pool in their team suits by 9:50am at the latest so we can start lining everyone up. (Non-residents...be sure to allow extra time to get through the gate because everyone will be arriving at approximately the same time).

As a special treat for our hard working swimmers, we have arranged for Kona Ice to visit right after the team photo (10:30-11:30am). Cup sizes are $3/$4/$5 or $6 so bring a few dollars cash and enjoy this treat! 

If you are interested in doing individual photos or purchasing the team photo, please complete the attached form and bring it with you on the morning of our pictures.

Team Reps: Please review and communicate these safety and procedural guidelines for a smooth photo day!

• To conserve resources and reduce high-touch transactions on photo day we are sending hard copy order forms in advance.

• Parents are encouraged to print and bring their own copy of the completed form on picture day. Credit card info must be filled in, or cash/check stapled to form.

• All swimmers and parents are asked to wear masks in and around photo areas until they are in front of the camera for their photos.

• Swimmers only in the photo areas please. Parents please remain socially distanced from photo areas except to complete or turn in an order form.

Parents and onlookers please NO PERSONAL PHOTOS of team shots, including use of cell phones. The photo staff will stop photography until all personal cameras/phones are stowed, and the club cannot earn the free gifts and services we provide, if parents are taking their own photos. Thank you for respecting staff and our work.
